How we approach every engagement
Greyvane follows a consistent method regardless of engagement size. We start by understanding the organisation as it currently operates — not as leadership imagines it to be. Standards that apply to every service
Confidentiality
Signed confidentiality agreement before any engagement begins. Client information is not referenced outside the engagement without written consent.
Senior Delivery
The advisor who meets you at the start is the one who carries the work. No junior delegation, no mid-engagement handoffs.
Written Records
Every session includes a written summary sent within two business days. Nothing is left only in the advisor's memory.
No Commercial Bias
We do not sell products, refer to service providers for commission, or have a preferred outcome for your business. Our position is genuinely impartial.
Data Compliance
All client data is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties.
Fixed Pricing
Scope and fee are agreed before any work begins. There are no add-on charges during the engagement and no automatic renewals.
