The Growth Focus Session was worth the two hours. I came in expecting a general chat and left with a written summary that my team has actually referred back to several times. Rashid asked questions I had not thought to ask myself, and the focus summary helped us agree on a direction we had been circling for months without settling.

We completed the Growth Planning Advisory over about eight weeks. The thing that stood out was the pacing — there was enough time between sessions for us to actually work through the tasks rather than just react to the previous meeting. The planning templates are still in use six months on. I would have liked a bit more time on the financial side, but overall it was a solid engagement.

We have been on the Sustainable Growth Programme for about ten months now. It has changed how our leadership team meets and makes decisions — we have a shared language for talking about priorities that we did not have before. Nabilah has been direct when we needed it and patient when we were slow to act. That combination is harder to find than it sounds.

I did the Focus Session first to test the water, then moved into the Planning Advisory three months later. Having the same advisor across both meant I did not need to re-explain the whole business from scratch. The session summaries were useful — precise without being long. Good use of my time and my team's.

Our company had been growing quickly and we needed help making the growth more deliberate rather than reactive. Kee Huat's focus on operational capacity was exactly what we needed — he identified a few constraints we had been working around without naming. The engagement gave us a clearer picture of what we were actually dealing with.

The one thing I tell people about Greyvane is that they do not push you toward a conclusion. The advisor asked a lot of questions, some of them uncomfortable, and let us work through the answers. That approach suited us — we did not want to be told what to do, just helped to think clearly. The fee was reasonable for what we got.

Moving from reactive to deliberate growth
The situation
A second-generation family trading business had been growing consistently but without a clear picture of where it was heading. The founder's son had taken over operations and was managing well, but major decisions were being deferred. The team felt uncertain about which of several possible directions to pursue.
The work
Greyvane ran four sessions over eight weeks with the director and two senior staff. The sessions mapped current capacity, reviewed the viable growth options, and produced a twelve-month plan with three sequenced priorities — each with a named responsible person and a defined outcome.
What changed
The leadership team used the plan through the following year, revisiting it at the start of each quarter. One of the three priorities was deprioritised after the first review cycle — which the director described as a more useful outcome than pursuing it. The company extended into the Sustainable Growth Programme twelve months later.
"Having it written down made it real. Before, we talked about it in meetings and then went back to our desks and did what we had always done."
Professional Services Firm · Kuala Lumpur
Preparing for a leadership transition
The situation
A small professional services firm was preparing for the founding partner to step back from day-to-day leadership. The two remaining directors had different views on how to run the business going forward. The tension was not hostile but it was slowing decisions.
The work
A Growth Focus Session identified the disagreement as a sequencing issue rather than a fundamental strategic difference — the directors agreed on the destination but not the order of moves. The session produced a one-page map of where the differences sat and a suggested way to test them without committing to either view fully.
What changed
The two directors used the focus summary as a reference point for a series of conversations they had been avoiding. The transition proceeded, and both directors described the session as having been more useful than they expected from a single meeting.
"I came in thinking we had a strategy problem. Turns out we had a conversation problem. The session helped us have it."
Manufacturing SME · Selangor
Building planning habits that outlast the engagement
The situation
A mid-sized manufacturer had completed a period of rapid growth and found itself operationally stretched. The leadership team wanted to consolidate and develop more steadily over the following two years, but there was no framework for how to make that happen consistently.
The work
The Sustainable Growth Programme ran across twelve months. Sessions covered capacity mapping, a sequenced growth plan, and the design of a quarterly review cycle the leadership team could run independently. Documentation was produced at each stage rather than saved for the end.
What changed
At the close of the programme the team was running its own quarterly reviews using the framework Greyvane had helped design. The review habits have continued without external input for over a year. The company described the main value as the structure rather than any specific recommendation.
"The work we did with Greyvane taught us how to think about our own business more clearly. That is worth more than any single decision they helped us make."
